About Online Ordering

With a few steps, you can easily place your orders online and receive it quickly through couriers

Please provide precise address information including city, province/territory, and postal code information. Remember to spell out the Canadian city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. Your shipping address must be in Canada. After entering the “Ship To” addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order.

O’2 Nails Canada offers a Free 2~4 Day Shipping for orders over $50 (excluding taxes) Canada Wide.

You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.

As we are still improving our online store, currently we only accept Paypal for all the order payments. After you finish filling up all the shipping and billing information and click proceed to check out, a secure Paypal link will guide you through the Paypal payment process. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can use your credit card or VISA Debit as well. You can also pay for your order with a Gift Card or eGift Card. You can use up to two Gift Cards or eGift Cards for each order online.

If you have a coupon or promotional code, please click the “Click here to enter your code” link to apply your  coupon or promotional code before you click “Proceed to Paypal” for the payment. 

Please review your order to ensure that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you want to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, you can always go back to “My Cart” to edit the information. The total price includes taxes and shipping. This is the total cost to you – there will be no additional or other hidden charges. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click “Proceed to Check Out” or “Proceed to Paypal”

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Paypal, you will see an Order Confirmation with an order number. You will also receive an e-mail with your order details. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number, products ordered and prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. 

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled online, if you need to modify your orders or cancel your orders, please contact through E-mail: beauty@o2nail.ca or call 647-915-8898 for immediately assistant. If your orders haven’t been sent out for delivery, you may cancel the order free of charge.

O'2 Nails Canada offers a Free 2~4 Day Shipping for orders over $50 (excluding taxes) Canada Wide

During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes and shipping, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Normally, packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery, if you need a signature for delivery, please mention in the “Order notes” before you proceed to Paypal.

Orders must be placed by 12pm ET to start processing on the same day. O’2 Nails Canada offers Free 2~4 Day Shipping on all merchandise orders that are $50 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than C$50, there is a delivery charge of $8.5 for standard shipping. Express shipping is $12.5.  For standard orders, your total order delivery time will take between 2~4 business days, depending on the method of shipment and final delivery destination. For express shipping, your total order delivery time will be between 1~3 business days (depending on the method of shipment and final delivery destination). Your shipping address must be in Canada.

All orders will be shipped within 24 hrs after payment, 7 days a week, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

If you are not fully satisfied with O'2 Nails purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. In all cases, products must be returned in new (for beauty supplies, nail gels and cartridge) or gently used (for Nail printers) condition.

We offer a free 30-day return policy for all of our products, if you are not fully satisfied with our products, please follow the return process in the next section to return your product and receive your refund.

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return inquiries outside of the return policy window might not receive the full refund for the purchase.

Follow these 3 easy steps to return your items by mail.

Step 1: Find out your order information and forward your order details to beauty@o2nail.ca 

We will send you an order confirmation when you place your order, please forward this confirmation to our email with your shipping address so we could track down the order and initiate an pre-paid shipping label for you. If you could not find the original confirmation email, please provide the “invoice#” on the packing list along with your package.

Step 2: Print your FREE Return Shipping Label

When we receive your return requests, we will send you back a pre-paid shipping label, please print this free return shipping label and tape it to the front of your box.

Step 3: Ship your return

Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and O’2 Nails Beauty Store packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it using the Canada Postal Service (Canada Post). You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
